Paid license - what upgrades does it qualify for

Couldn't find this info in FAQ or elsewhere. Having bought version 2.x a few months ago, I see v3 is now out. Does my purchase include major version updates? The license.txt and website doesn't specify.

Yes, of course.

As you can read the page "Order" of the site, it is indicated that includes 12 months of updates and support.

You should have already received an email with the information to download the new version 3.0
