I have installed Basic Ediition XE3 on a Win 7 64 bit machine. It appears in the C++ Builder XE3 menu. I open a VCL project and start the conversion process. It seems to start converting but after a short while it gives an error message saying it can't open the log file in directory Windows\System32.
But windows 7 doesn't allow standard users to write to the Windows folder - so why is Mida trying to do this?
Is there a way to configure the destination of the log file path? We would have thought this should go to the
source code directory.
Hope you can help.

Hi!
I have the same problem.
The Conversion starts and some files get converted. But then it will write a log file in system32 in the windows file which it can not do.
Also noticed that after installation when choosing directory the default directory is the windows/system32/ folder.
Any workaround for this?
Mida basic xe3 v2.6 downloaded from embarcardero site.
Windows 7 x64

Any progress on this problem? Or anybody that have got it to work?
