First Authorization did not work, need help!

I purchase mida studio 4 days ago and download the software.
I follow the instruction enter my account and password for the first authorization but i alway get "Account not Available, Retry" Message.

I have the same issue. It only replies "Account not available" when I try to use "First Authorization".
